01 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and sonbahis ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the sonbahis website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other features or services made available through the platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of sonbahis, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms are written in English, which shall be the governing language for all purposes. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version shall prevail. sonbahis may publish translated summaries for the convenience of players, but those summaries carry no legal weight and do not supersede this English-language document.

sonbahis reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using sonbahis immediately and request account closure through the support team.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and sonbahis.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to sonbahis is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The minimum age to register and use sonbahis is 18 years old without exception. Players aged 17 or younger are strictly prohibited from accessing any part of the platform.
• You are accessing sonbahis voluntarily and on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from sonbahis or had an account closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other person in relation to account registration, deposits, bets, or withdrawals.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of sonbahis or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you a close family member of any such individual.

sonbahis conducts age and identity verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players will be required to submit valid identification documents — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of address — before any withdrawal request can be processed. sonbahis may request KYC documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, on first deposit, before withdrawal, or in response to a specific account review.

Where sonbahis has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the player is underage, the account will be permanently closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method after the investigation is complete. Any winnings accumulated by an underage player will be voided and forfeited in full.

03 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full features of sonbahis — including deposits, withdrawals, betting, and casino games — you must register a personal player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you will be required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is true, accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of your details change. sonbahis is not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information, including failed withdrawals or delayed verification.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on sonbahis. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, sonbahis reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any associated winnings, and retain deposited funds pending investigation. Players who believe they have accidentally created a duplicate account should contact support immediately to resolve the situation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. sonbahis will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the support team immediately and change your password without delay.

sonbahis reserves the right to request the following KYC documentation at any time:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card, valid passport, or driving licence — showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter — dated within the last three months — showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered to your mobile number, confirming that the payment method belongs to you.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable time frame — typically 14 days of the request — may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

sonbahis supports a range of payment methods specifically selected to serve players across Bangladesh. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform does not accept or pay out in foreign currencies to Bangladeshi players.

Supported payment methods include:

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to account verification status. Players who have not yet completed KYC verification may experience longer processing times. All withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit — sonbahis does not permit withdrawal to a different payment method than the one used to deposit, as a fraud prevention measure.

Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits are applied per transaction and per day — refer to your account Cashier section for current limits.

sonbahis does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, over which sonbahis has no control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

Funds held in your sonbahis account do not earn interest. sonbahis holds player funds in accounts separate from operational funds as a safeguard. In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit to your account, sonbahis reserves the right to correct the balance at any time and recover any incorrectly credited funds, whether or not they have been wagered.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

sonbahis offers a range of promotional bonuses and special offers to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin offers, BPL cricket betting promotions, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and the ICC T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Players must wager the bonus amount the required number of times using eligible games before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds will be approved.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, cricket betting, and certain other game types may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates for each game category are listed in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited automatically without further notice.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through different accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse.
• Right to Withdraw Offers: sonbahis reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus prior to its withdrawal will not be affected by the cancellation, provided they continue to comply with the applicable terms.

sonbahis takes bonus fraud seriously. Any player found to be exploiting bonuses through systematic play strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, through multi-accounting, or through any other method deemed abusive by sonbahis at its sole discretion, will have their bonus and any associated winnings voided and their account reviewed for potential closure.

06 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on sonbahis, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account on sonbahis, whether under your own identity or under any other name, alias, or set of personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using sonbahis for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financially illegal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, claim bonuses, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting any technical fault, glitch, or error in the platform software for financial gain. Any winnings generated as a result of a software error are invalid and will be voided. You are obliged to report any such errors to the support team immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in collusion with other players — for example, sharing hole-card information in live poker or coordinating bet placement strategies to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, scraping, or otherwise attempting to extract proprietary data or source code from any part of the sonbahis platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sonbahis staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing any third party — including family members — to access or operate your sonbahis account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account credentials.

sonbahis monitors platform activity continuously using fraud detection, AML screening, and behavioural analytics tools. Where prohibited conduct is detected or suspected, sonbahis will take immediate protective action, which may include account suspension, fund freezing, and referral to relevant legal authorities.

07 Game Rules & Fair Play

Each game available on sonbahis — including slot games, live casino tables, bingo rooms, specialty games, and cricket betting markets — operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant section of the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. sonbahis accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

All casino games on sonbahis use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or live dealer protocols supplied by licensed game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe. The RNG systems used by these providers are independently audited to ensure that game outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by the platform, the provider, or the player.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or a cricket bet placed in-play, sonbahis will resolve the relevant hand, spin, or bet based on the outcome recorded by the game server at the point of disconnection. The game server log is the authoritative record in all such cases. sonbahis cannot reverse game outcomes based on a player's claim of disconnection after the relevant event has been resolved by the server.

sonbahis reserves the right to void any bet or wager that is the result of a pricing error, a technical fault, or any event of force majeure — including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, internet outages, or civil unrest affecting platform operations. In the event that a bet is voided, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account in full.

Cricket and sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body — including the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), and the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for IPL markets. sonbahis follows standard industry rules for abandoned matches, tied results, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes, and no-result declarations. 08 Account Suspension & Closure

sonbahis reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated time frame.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
• Detection of multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Player-requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute filed against a deposit transaction — until the matter is resolved.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to cease service to a specific player or jurisdiction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email to their registered address. sonbahis aims to complete account investigations within 30 days of suspension. During this period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. Any balance held in the account at the time of suspension will remain intact pending the outcome of the investigation, unless the investigation reveals conduct that warrants forfeiture under these Terms.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the sonbahis support team via live chat or email at support@sonbahis. Upon receiving a closure request, sonbahis will process any pending withdrawals of genuine player funds — subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements — and close the account within 5 business days. Any active bonus balance at the time of closure will be forfeited unless the relevant wagering requirements have already been met in full.

Players who have self-excluded through the sonbahis Responsible Gaming programme and subsequently wish to re-open their account must observe the full duration of their self-exclusion period before any reinstatement request will be considered. sonbahis will not process early reinstatement requests during an active self-exclusion period under any circumstances.
